Just thought I'd share a great quote I came across this week...
"Men go to far greater lengths to avoid what they fear than to obtain what they desire"
Obviously this is "men" in the general terms not a slam against men. :) How many times do we put our energy into avoiding what we fear rather than pouring that energy into obtaining our desires? Just something to think about today. :)

ReplyDeleteMy thought: when quotes only used the noun "men," it was in a time, even in the 20th century, when the quote was, in fact, all about men. Women were not considered valuable enough to mention or consider.
